Testing Information

If you are seeking Cardinal Curriculum Level I Certification or signature authority, you are required to pass a test with 100% accuracy. You will be given an opportunity to verify information before answering questions.

After you've enrolled for the online class, you will be able to launch the test(s) from your STARS Learning Home.

• Login to STARS (via Axess)
• Select "My Learning" from the STARS menu
• Find the Cost Policy and Chart of Accounts class in which you are enrolled
• Click on the blue hyperlink title of the class (do not click the [Launch] button)
• In the Activity Syllabus you will see the "Cost Policy and Chart of Accounts Online Training" and "Cost Policy and Chart of Accounts Required Online Test". You can click on the test component now.
• After you successfully complete the online test, your STARS record will be automatically be updated and it will count toward Level I Certification as well as signature authority. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for your signature authority to activate.
