The Human Embryonic Stem Cell Research Procedures Tutorial and Post Test

Welcome to the The Human Embryonic Stem Cell Research Procedures Tutorial and Post test.

This tutorial reinforces the importance of following existing procedures and reviews new procedures that must be observed when conducting research or study involving registered and non-registered hESC. It is based on Stanford University Policy entitled Human Embryonic Stem Cell Research.  The tutorial includes a post test that must be completed with 100% accuracy.

Intended Audience for the Required Tutorial

University personnel, including faculty, staff, postdoctoral scholars, and students, as well as visiting scholars and researchers, are required to complete the Human Embryonic Stem Cell (hESC) Research Procedures Tutorial before they begin work on any project involving human embryonic stem cells.  It is the PI’s responsibility to ensure all personnel have completed the required training.
