Inventory Contacts

The Physical Inventory Group performs the biennial physical inventory on behalf of the Property Management Office. They set up pre-inventory meetings with departments, scan equipment, report on the inventory status, and assist the department with portions of inventory reconciliation. They also perform location inventories, which are separate from the biennial physical inventory.
