The ORA Training Room, located in Encina Commons 124, is a single room of 1,025 sq. feet.
Room Use
- It is available to Business Affairs staff only
- It is to be used for large group meetings,
for business purposes only
- If you require any technical support (e.g., outside vendors with laptops, connecting a laptop to the monitors, running video, etc.) put in a help ticket 24 hours in advance:
- Request Category: Computers, Handhelds (PDAs), Printers, Servers
- Request Type: Other computer issue
- The first line should read: "To ORA Technical Support" and describe your needs; indicate you will be in the EC 124 Training Room.
- If you are booking the room for training, it can only be booked one quarter in advance.
- Room must be returned to the original configuration after use
- If you would like coffee/tea service, contact Dining Services
- If you have food and drinks, you must provide an account number and will be charged for cleaning if the room is left in an unsatisfactory condition.
- All food items must be removed and the room cleaned after use. If there is excessive trash, please use the dumpsters outside.

Hours
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Special requests for events that begin before 8:00 a.m. or end after 4:30 p.m.must be approved on a case by case basis.
When calculating time, please consider set-up times and catering.

(Cable TV accessible; Can order Satellite shows by coordinating with IT Services and submitting a TSO. Mention you need this service when reserving the room.)
