- The Graduate Student Research Assistant/Teaching Assistant fringe rate effective Sept 1, 2003, is used to pay for part of the health insurance benefit for graduate student research and teaching assistants, see an article in the Stanford Report dated April 10, 2002, or contact Ann George, DoR or Stella Hu in CMA.
