Maintaining a sponsored project award is like maintaining your car. If you read the manual and follow the recommended maintenance schedule, the car or project will run smoothly, and the journey will have very few challenges which can be easily remedied. In this webinar we will discuss the invaluable sponsored project maintenance checkpoint of the monthly review. Just like filling up your car with gas or charging the battery, the monthly review is truly indispensable. We will explore what to look for during these reviews, what to report out to your principal investigators to be a value add, and how to leverage these touch points for overall successful portfolio management including reducing last minute proposals!

For all ORA hosted CRAFT Zoom Webinar courses, learners seeking course credit in STARS must:
- Enroll through STARS (use the above direct course enrollment link).
- Log into the relevant live Zoom session using a laptop or desktop computer no later than 10 minutes after the given session start time and remain logged in through the end of the session.
- Participate in all live session polls.
- Complete the prescribed independent learning assignment that is linked to on the last slide of each course's presentation slides within 2 weeks of attending the live webinar with a passing grade to receive credit for the given course.
