Contract & Grant Officer - Requisition 91116

The Contract and Grant Officers within ORA have delegated signing authority on behalf of the University to endorse proposals for extramural funding and prepare, review and negotiate a full array of contracts, subcontracts, grants, and other agreements including research-related agreements, such as data use and collaboration agreements. ORA is looking for Contract and Grant Officers who approach learning and problem solving with enthusiasm, who are organized and focused to manage a significant workload, who adapt easily to changing situations and views new opportunities as creative challenges.

Research Accountant 1 - Requisition 92781

The Research Accountant will be part of the Office of Sponsored Research (OSR) Post Award team and will perform post award accounting responsibilities including setting-up of accounts, preparing financial reports, invoicing sponsors for reimbursements.  The accountant will work collaboratively with institutional representatives, fellow accounting staff and department research administrators to ensure compliance with sponsored research agreement terms and conditions, University policies, and federal regulations and requirements.  The accountant will have linted signature authority to sign interim financial reports, and full signature authority to approve cost transfers, and setup of sponsored research accounts.

Research Accountant 1 - SRM - Requisition 92639

The Research Accountant will be a part of the Sponsored Receivables Management (SRM) team. S/he will be responsible for providing interim invoicing and ensuring the financial systems operate in an efficient and optimal manner in conjunction with the University policies, business processes and other University systems. The Research Accountant 1 will report to the Accounting Manager. This position will work closely with other team members, including Receipts, Collections, various Departments, and Sponsors.
