Administrative Associate  Requisition 99092

The Administrative Associate (AA) provides administrative support in areas such as scheduling, event planning (e.g., meetings, employee engagement events), inventory of supplies and equipment, facilities requests, facilitation and management of IT support requests, and HR (e.g., ensuring completion of required forms). In addition, the AA provides financial support in areas such as, but not limited to, purchasing, business and travel expense reimbursement, reconciliation of department purchasing cards, verification and payment of invoices, and initiation and management of purchase orders.

ORA Contract Officers have University delegated signing authority to review and negotiate a full array of contracts, including research-related and service agreements. This Contract Officer position will focus primarily on the review, negotiation, and oversight of the fee-for-service arrangements for the School of Medicine.

Contract Officer - Research Related Agreements Requisition 98519

ORA seeks a Contract Officer to join our Research-Related Agreements (RRA) team. The Contract Officer will primarily focus on the review, negotiation, and oversight of non-standard RRAs related to the University’s core mission of education and research but falls outside of traditional sponsored projects and gifts.

Research Accountant 1 Requistion 98538

OSR seeks a Research Accountant will perform post award accounting activities including account setup approvals, financial report preparation, and invoicing of reimbursements.  The accountant will work collaboratively with institutional representatives, fellow accounting staff and department research administrators to ensure compliance with sponsored research agreement terms and conditions, University policies, and federal regulations and requirements.  The accountant will have limited signature authority for interim financial reports, full signature authority for cost transfers approvals, and setup of sponsored research accounts.

OSR Sponsored Receivables Management (SRM) seeks a Research Accountant who will be responsible for providing interim invoicing and ensuring financial systems operate in an efficient and optimal manner in conjunction with the University policies, business processes and other University systems. This position works closely with other SRM team members, University departments, and sponsors in areas which include receipts, collections, and other sponsored research receivable areas.

Research Property AdministratorRequisition 98845

The Property Management Office (PMO) seeks a Research Property Administrator (RPA) whose primary focus will be to ensure property-related terms within Sponsored Projects are identified, understood, and complied with throughout the life of a Sponsored Project (Grants, Contracts, Cooperative Agreements, etc.).  The RPA will report to the Assistant Director and interact with others throughout PMO and ORA.
