NASA Disclosures

NASA requires specific information to be disclosed by PIs and all project senior/key personnel at multiple points during the lifecycle of a proposal and resulting award.  Disclosure information is required within proposals, before awards are issued, and during annual progress reporting, and is provided as part of Biographical sketches, Current and Pending (Other) Support, and Facilities and Other Resources documents.

All senior personnel are required to certify that the information within their NASA Biosketch and Current and Pending Support is current, accurate, and complete.  The certification language is included within the both the NASA Word fillable and SciENcv forms.

Use the links below to access detailed information about the requirements and available resources.
