NASA Disclosures

Main content start

NASA requires specific information to be disclosed by PIs and all project senior/key personnel at multiple points during the lifecycle of a proposal and resulting award.  Disclosure information is required within proposals, before awards are issued, and during annual progress reporting, and is provided as part of Biographical sketches, Current and Pending (Other) Support, and Facilities and Other Resources documents.  NASA requires the use of their version of the Common Forms for Biosketch and Current and Pending (Other) Support) that are fillable forms that can be found on the NASA Grants Policy and Compliance website.

All senior personnel are required to certify that the information within their NASA Biosketch and Current and Pending Support is current, accurate, and complete.  The certification language is included within the NASA fillable forms.

Certification of disclosure documents must be completed by each senior/key person and may NEVER be delegated.
