NASA Current and Pending Support Resources

Updated June 25 2026, the NASA-specific Biographical sketch and Current and Pending (other) Support (CPOS) forms are now available within Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae (SciENcv), a National Institutes of Health, National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) system that supports the creation, management, and sharing of standardized disclosure forms. NASA will accept disclosure forms in either the Word fillable format that can be found on the NASA Grants Policy and Compliance website and below or the SciENcv format thru August 31, 2026. Effective September 1, 2026, NASA will only accept the NASA-specific SciENcv biosketch and CPOS forms in grant and cooperative agreement proposals.

• Note 1: NASA applicants MUST digitally sign their NASA disclosure forms. However, if a form with a digital signature is submitted to NASA via NSPIRES, the system will remove the certification data associated with that digital signature. The signature will still be legible, but NASA will not be able to view any certification data embedded in the form. As such, NASA applicants and award recipients must maintain original disclosure forms with digital signatures and make them accessible to NASA upon request. Stanford recommends storing these in SeRA within the relevant SPO/project record.
• Note 2: Certification of disclosure documents must be completed by each senior/key person and may NEVER be delegated.
