NASA Current and Pending Support Resources

Main content start

Effective 10/1/24 with the implementation of the FY24 Grant and Cooperative Agreement Manual (GCAM),  NASA is implemented the Common Disclosure Forms through its implementation of updated NASA Biosketch and Current and Pending Support fillable forms that can be found on the NASA Grants Policy and Compliance website.

Specifically, pre-award disclosure requirements can be found in GCAM section 10.5, Biographical Sketches; 10.6, Current and Pending (Other) Support Disclosures; and 10.9, Facilities, Equipment, and Other Resources.

  • Note 1: NASA applicants MUST digitally sign their NASA disclosure forms. However, if a form with a digital signature is submitted to NASA via NSPIRES, the system will remove the certification data associated with that digital signature. The signature will still be legible, but NASA will not be able to view any certification data embedded in the form. As such, NASA applicants and award recipients must maintain original disclosure forms with digital signatures and make them accessible to NASA upon request. Stanford recommends storing these in SeRA within the relevant SPO/project record.
  • Note 2: Certification of disclosure documents must be completed by each senior/key person and may NEVER be delegated.

NASA is also actively exploring SciENcv as an option for electronic implementation of the Common Disclosure Forms - stay tuned for updates on this.

For further training on NASA's biosketch and current and pending support forms, NASA has posted a 13 minute training video on the NASA Grants YouTube playlist.
