eCertification System: Launch the System

Chrome and Firefox are the recommended browsers.  Do not use Internet Explorer.

Go to eCertification and login with your SUNet ID and password.  If you are accessing eCertification for the first time, you will be directed to a briefing prior to accessing the system.

• Note 1: If a PI has not yet completed their Stanford PI training, they will not be able to access eCertification.  Go to PI Training

• Note 2: PIs must have an active SU Net ID to be able to access eCertification.  If a PI no longer has an active SU Net ID because they have left Stanford please see How do PIs review and certify expenses if they are leaving or have left Stanford?
