My Financial Accounts
When investigators and individuals with active SU Net ID SeRA access log into SeRA, they land on their My Projects page. From My Projects investigators can access their My Accounts page where they can view all of their Stanford accounts in one place. Funding, commitments, and expenditures are updated daily.
Administrators with SeRA department level authority can from their SeRA My Dashboard landing page click on My Investigators and view by either single or multiple investigators the same information the selected investigator(s) see(s) on their My Projects page(s). Administrators with FFIT authority can access investigator My Accounts page where they can view all of their Stanford accounts in one place. Funding, commitments, and expenditures are updated daily.

“Total Budget” Column Notes
Contracts
Funds Available is calculated against the Total Budget.
Clinical Trials
Funds Available is calculated against Received to Date amount. All Received to Date funds will show only on one task. If multiple tasks are present the remaining will default to $0. This is because when funds are received they are allocated to the general award and are not associated with individual tasks.
Overdraft Cost Sharing
Displays the funds transferred into the account to date.
University Research
The budget column represents the amount awarded by the Stanford organization funding the project. Funds Available is how much has been spent against what the Stanford organization has awarded you.
