Submitting SeRA Feedback

Sometimes the SeRA system team doesn’t even know about small annoyances in SeRA, so they never get fixed. However, the SeRA feedback feature is a great way to provide direct feedback to the team that implements changes! They really do review every feedback item submitted, and many changes have been implemented after receiving a suggestion. Even the feedback that isn’t implemented immediately is still added to the enhancement backlog and is reviewed as they scope out future releases.

It is also great to hear about things that have been built that you love! It definitely motivates the SeRA team when they know they are making a difference.

Let’s Do This!

  1. Log into SeRA.
  2. From the red banner at the top of any page click on the Help drop down menu
  3. Click on Feedback

  4. A Feedback window will open.  Rate your current user experience emoji-style
  5. Let the SeRA team know what is on your mind
  6. Optional - Attach any documents/screenshots you would like to include
  7. Click Submit Feedback

Then just sit back and relax while the SeRA team works on seeing what they can do to implement your suggestions (or bask in your compliment)!
