ORA Portfolio Management Tool

The ORA Portfolio Management Tool is an Excel based tool administrators from any Stanford school or department can use to help manage the sponsored projects they support.  The ORA Portfolio Management Tool supports:

• Receiving imported actuals data from OBI

  • Note: Access to the OBI report used to download actuals data to populate the ORA Portfolio Management Tool requires that the user has been granted at least Report Viewer OBI financial reporting authority by their school or department using Authority Manager and that they have completed the FIN-PROG-0200: Financial Stewardship Expectations and FIN-0340: Introduction to OBI Financial Reporting prerequisite training.
