ORA and the Research Management Group hosted several town halls on COVID-19's impact on sponsored research administration. COVID-19 Sponsor Notification and Request Form

If your sponsored project activities were impeded by COVID-19 precautionary measures and/or illnesses, complete a COVID-19 Sponsor Notification and Request Form.  Use the step-by-step guide to access and attach the form to a SeRA Central Office Request - COVID-19 Sponsor Notification/RequestORA, RMG, or ICO Institutional Officials will work with you and notify the sponsor, and request needed approvals.  The form is for federal and non-federal sponsored projects.

Office of Research Administration (ORA)

ORA is in full operation Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm.  Due to COVID-19 shelter-in-place orders, ORA personnel are working remotely and unable to receive physical mail.  Documents requiring action should be sent to ORA via email to ensure timely response.
