Property Management Training Resources

PMO offers a variety of different training options throughout the year. If you are new to property management, you will need to take our introductory PMO-1000 Department Property Administrator (DPA) training course. An existing Department Property Administrator (DPA) looking for a course to refresh their knowledge base can participate in our PMO-2000 DPA Refresher course. Finally, our Property Administrators Continuing Education (PACE) meetings (offered twice a year) are a good way for new and veteran DPA's to be informed about property related news and other relevant information. All training courses and PACE registration can be accessed via the STARS application.
